Henry AI

Henry is our AI discovery engine. It helps us map patterns across IP, user needs, technology signals, and market trends—so teams can make better decisions earlier.

Henry synthesizes publicly available information and evidence, plus any non-sensitive context you choose to share (like your concept framing, target users, and milestones).

No. Henry helps you prioritize what to validate and where to focus first. Human research and testing still matter—Henry just helps you spend that effort in the right places.

Yes. Early-stage work may emphasize needs and market signals; later phases can weight risk, feasibility, and IP questions more heavily.

Yes. During a fit check we can share sample visuals and walk through what they mean.

IP + Legal

No. We’re a product + strategy team. We can support IP discovery, moat strategy, and provisional-ready disclosure preparation, with counsel responsible for legal review and filing.

Yes . We can support provisional-ready technical documentation, including invention narrative, embodiments, workflows, and figure guidance. Your counsel should review, advise, and file to ensure it aligns with your broader IP strategy.

We don’t prosecute. When it comes to provisionals, we can support drafting as technical disclosure and package it for counsel. Your attorney remains responsible for legal strategy, claim drafting decisions, and filing.

We focus on protecting what truly differentiates the product—then building a pathway to extend protection into adjacent and blocking spaces as the roadmap evolves.

We can collaborate directly with counsel or work through your team. Typical flow: we deliver the maps + themes + disclosure pack → counsel reviews and shapes filing strategy → we iterate quickly on technical clarity, embodiments, and figures as needed.

No. We treat client inputs as confidential and structure the engagement to protect sensitive details.

Security + Ownership

Yes. We treat client inputs as confidential and structure engagement to protect sensitive details.

No. Henry runs on local directories and is not connected to your internal systems.

The client owns the design content produced through the engagement.

Discovery Sprint

A focused engagement that maps IP white space plus the signals around it (needs, tech, market), then translates those findings into a clear strategy and next steps.

Typical cadence is ~10 business days for Core. Plus and Pro can extend depending on depth and add-ons.

A package of decision-ready deliverables: whitespace map, moat architecture, opportunity pillars, and (depending on tier) user-needs maps, evidence briefs, trend radar, and competitive matrices—plus a readout session.

A simple kickoff checklist: concept overview, intended users + use setting, known competitors/alternatives, any existing IP (titles/abstracts are fine), and your timeline/milestones.

Often yes. If timing is tight, we’ll recommend a lean scope that supports your next decision without overbuilding.

Engagement + Pricing

We don’t publish dollar amounts because scope should match your stage. We offer fixed-fee packages (Core / Plus / Pro) and align deliverables to the decisions you need next.

Many teams continue into concept direction, usability planning, roadmap definition, or ongoing IP expansion support—scoped as a follow-on.

Book a 20-minute fit check. We’ll quickly determine if there’s a strong match and recommend the right tier.

Yes. Our default is a fixed-fee package with straightforward terms. That said, for early-stage teams we can sometimes structure payments to match your reality (timelines, milestones, and runway) when there’s a strong fit.

In some cases, yes. If you’re actively raising and timing matters, we may be able to structure a portion of the fee around a defined funding milestone. We keep this exception-based and scope-dependent.

Occasionally—when the opportunity is a strong strategic fit and we believe in the venture. This is not our standard engagement model, and when we do consider it, it’s typically paired with clear scope, clear deliverables, and a straightforward agreement.

Start with a quick fit check. We’ll recommend the right sprint tier first, then discuss a simple pricing structure that meets your needs without overcomplicating the engagement.

Note: Flexible structures (milestone-based payments or equity consideration) are evaluated case-by-case and are not guaranteed.
