At Design Stack, we work closely with our clients to identify the critical data that will drive the design exploration. Our proprietary AI system (Henry) scrapes the web for content to build out the stacks of data that ultimately influence the ideation and design path. This may include, client supplied brand content, product requirement drafts, marketing positioning or other aspects that frame the opportunity area. This data is combined with technology and design trends, user experience feedback with similar or previous products, intellectual property data, human factors data, industry trends, market intelligence and other categories scraped from the web. Henry digests all of this content and generates a breadth of initial directions that our experienced design team builds upon to innovate and make it real.
The back story:
A common issue our team came across from past work experiences was the story of interesting development and innovation but not aligned with the organizations values, or not core to the business. What typically followed was “save the idea for the parking lot” or “let’s put this in the company product archives”. Despite the significant investment of time, energy, effort, cost, and personal commitment, these programs ultimately ended up as “files for later,” affecting not only the product pipeline but also the internal culture.
From the outset of opportunity identification, the innovation pathway must be structured with a multitude of inputs at a rapid pace. This includes market position, internal capabilities, key stakeholders, user needs, technology viability, timeline impacts, intellectual property, competitive assessments, and regulatory pathways. A comprehensive understanding of these factors is essential for crafting a fundamental value proposition. Our AI system enables simultaneous influence of multiple key inputs, while our experienced product development team translates the information into tangible, innovative ideas.
All design content produced via Human/Henry is owned by the client. Our proprietary algorithm (document processing, analysis, and visualization) runs on local directories. Our system is not connected to clients internal systems and we run on secure local environments.
